Please upload your company logo, favorite images and/or text in the appropriate fields below. If you have any specific instructions please let us know in the instructions field. Once you checkout, your order will be processed through our graphics department, where we will design your custom/corporate desk mat. We will send a proof via email for your approval. Once approved we will begin production on your one-of-a-kind desk mat!

If you like some of our designs on our website and would like to have them customized please reference them in the instructions field. We can always use some of our designs as backgrounds and place your image/artwork on them and create a custom design that way too!

** Company logos and artwork files are preferred in vector format. Anything other than vector format will be subject to the discretion of our graphics department to meet the quality standards of Slick Woody's. Once the customer approves the artwork, 100% OF SALE IS FINAL.
