The rustic beauty of natural wood is displayed with the burnt wood cornhole set. The boards are made from Baltic birch, the smoothest and flattest plywood on the market. We use our proprietary process to adhere a vinyl layer on top of the boards, which offers consistent play for your game of cornhole toss, no matter the temperature or humidity.

All of our board frames are made with 1”x 4” hardwood poplar. A crossbar helps support the legs and keep the board sturdy. We use a wood computer to make the finest cuts and pocket screws to hide all hardware. We’ve even added handles in the frame for easier transportation.
