Slick Woody's Cornhole Featured on Whiskey RIFF with Jon Pardi!

What goes better together in the summertime then country music, kicking back some brews and playing on your Slick Woody's cornhole boards!

The guys at Whiskey RIFF  agree! We sponsored their Whiskey RIFF RAFF  podcast featuring Jon Pardi!

Jon talked about finishing up his fourth studio album in Key West and the upside in curing a hangover!

We made some custom boards for Jon for his new 'Pardi Batch 112 Bourbon' which if you haven't tried it yet...you should!

The boards came out great and we sent them over to Jon and hit team to help promote the new brand and have some fun while doing so!

Jon partnered with one of the best Whiskey brands out there-Buffalo Chip Spirits to create something special for country fans to sip on while they watch Jon perform.

Jon talked about getting into the liquor business and competing with guys like "The Rock" who have flourished with his brand of tequila.

But with everything Jon does he wanted to make sure it was the best and bourbon was the right way to go.

"They really want you man they say you are the guy," Jon said about the courting from Buffalo Chip. Jon gave them a list of his favorite bourbons and they came back with a list of batches and the 112 was so good it convinced him to get into the liquor business.

"I put my name on something I believe" Jon said.

Jon wasn't the only guest on the Whiskey Riff Raff podcast though. Our very own Matt Guy (the GOAT of cornhole) joined the guys for a discussion about the game of cornhole and Slick Woody's!

The guys asked Matt about the competition in professional cornhole.

"There is no hatred out there but there is definitely competitive rivalries out there..I know there are some guys out there that want to beat me so bad they can taste it" Matt said.

If anyone has ever seen Matt play they know he turns on the intensity when the game begins.

The discussion turned to quality of cornhole boards and why you should avoid buying the cheap plastic boards as opposed to higher quality boards (hint hint-Slick Woody's Best Selling Cornhole Boards
