Beer Brands Cornhole Boards - Premium Signature

They want me to write a review on an order I haven’t even received. I placed this order on Thursday August 8th, the order stated that it would take 5-8 business days. However, my order still has not even shipped.. it’s been 10+ business days. Very frustrating and disappointing this was supposed to be a gift. Didn’t think I would have to order a month in advance to get these boards to come in on time. Also, I placed another order for 2 sets of bags, online it said nothing about one of the colors being out of stock and after 2 emails I sent over a week the following week I finally got a response from support stating they were waiting on one of the colors to come in. I was then told that my order would be shipped out immediately with the items they did have in stock and they would send the one set of bags when they became available. That was 2 days ago.. and shocker nothing has shipped yet. This website/ company is a joke. Why offer items that are not in stock or have a support resource that cannot even respond within 24-48 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that I still have to pay $20 in shipping for bags because I purchased them separately from the boards. You would think after spending $120 on bags they could ship them to you for free.
Do not recommend this company and will probably never buy from them again.
If I could give less than 1 star I would.
